He obtained his degrees in Lawyer and Notary Public from the University of the Republic, Uruguay (UDELAR) in 1994 and 1996 respectively.

He specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law. He has assisted top-level companies in the agricultural, automotive, commerce, mining and stationery sectors. He has participated in due diligence processes in the framework of the acquisition of assets and companies, business structuring, drafting of shareholder syndication agreements, setting up of companies in the free trade zone, matters related to consumer protection and tenders.

As a Notary Public, he has vast experience in both urban and rural real estate contracting, having implemented the acquisition of more than 60,000 thousand hectares of land. His practice also includes the structuring of guarantees, rural contracts, construction and trusts, among others.

He developed teaching tasks teaching Commercial Law classes at UDELAR between 1994 and 2008.

He has participated in courses and seminars related to his professional practice.

He is a member of the Uruguayan Bar Association and of the Uruguayan Notaries Association, integrating the Commercial Law Commission of the latter.

His practice encompasses the entire spectrum of labor and social security relations, advising both individuals and companies in litigation, employment contracts, agreements, agreements, adaptation of categories, salary aspects and changes in remuneration, working hours, changes in the organization of the work, personnel transfers both nationally and internationally, prevention of workplace accidents, working conditions, outsourcing control.

He actively participates in the litigation area, both in his specialization, as in the commercial area and of contractual and extra-contractual liability.Advises on Immigration Procedures for foreign employees (Temporary, Permanent Residences, etc).

He has participated in postgraduate courses, courses and seminars, as well as has made publications related to his area of ​​professional practice.

She has an active participation in judicial processes both in the labor area and in civil and commercial matters.

She has participated in numerous labor audits of different companies, evaluating risks and contingencies as well as their prevention.

She also has experience in the commercial and corporate area, having participated in processes for the acquisition of assets and companies, business structuring, purchase and sale of shares, preparation of shareholder syndication agreements and other commercial contracts. She is a member of the Uruguayan Bar Association.

Asesora clientes y empresas en el área laboral y societaria así como en temas de Defensa del Consumidor incluyendo tanto litigios como diversos asuntos en el ámbito administrativo (Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, Ministerio de Salud Pública, Auditoría Interna de la Nación, Área Defensa del Consumidor).

Realizó en la Universidad de Montevideo un Máster en Derecho de la Empresa (2009-2011) y un Postgrado en Derecho Tributario Internacional (2013).

Experiencia profesional en el exterior: Obtuvo y participó en un internship en la Fiscalía de Abogados Estatales desde Mayo a Diciembre de 2010 (StateAttorney´s Office, 19º Judicial Circuit, Florida, Estados Unidos).

Realizó varios cursos de Postgrado en materia comercial y societaria en la Escuela de Postgrado de la Universidad de la Republica.
